Meredith dedicates 100% of her practice to defending employers, insurers and self-insurers in workers’ compensation claims. She is a Chicago native who moved to Georgia for law school. She attended Loyola University in Chicago to complete her undergraduate degree as an English major, Graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2001.
In 2oo3, Meredith attended Emory Law School and later became a national competing member of Emory’s Moot Court Society. She earned her place as a quarterfinalist in the Kaufman Securities Law Moot Court Competition in New York in 2005. After graduating from law school, Meredith began her practice defending employers and insurers in workers’ compensation claims. She now devotes all of her practice to Workers’ Compensation Employer/Insurer defense. In particular, Meredith has vast knowledge of handling claims in the food service and restaurant industries.
Meredith is admitted to all Georgia Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
